Aether gazer is an fantastic waifu hack and slash gaccha ARPG
The gameplay strikes a balance of offense and defense. I especially like the modified mode where the boss is staggered for a period of time as u get to whale on them after filling the modified mode bar. In addition to that, the game has another unique feature called chain ultimate animations where two or three characters join forces to unleash an impressive ultimate move!
Story so far has been very anime. Most characters fall into the certain anime tropes and plot hasn't appeared to be that deep but tbf we are very early in the story. I do see potential as the current event (Red & Green) had a beautiful underlying theme to the story as it explored and intertwined with the struggles of one of the character Osiris.
I have got a pretty strong first impression so far, the game's got tons of potential and I am in for the ride!

Aether Gazer - Review | Worth Playing? Copy Paste PGR?!
Aether Gazer is a new action RPG mobile game with lots of waifu characters and cool skill animations. This game did remind me of Punishing Gray Raven right away and I think this game is a bit better in terms of character control, more skills and fluid graphics. The gacha summon rates seems to a bit good with nice pity summon mechanics. The sound system is quite screwed up in this game for now and it needs immediate fix. Not being able to enjoy the character voice and action sound effects during battle is quite disappointing indeed.

This is honestly a good game!
I play it since day one and well, I was enough lucky to get everytime (or most of the time except Skadi) the characters I wanted. The last update ruined a bit the graphic quality and anti aliasing, but I hope devs will fix this :/
In general is a real good game, with different curves of challenge that you choose. Gacha system is enough good and generous. The combat system is nice and it works well.

A Casual & Unique Gaccha Hack and Slash (Aether Gazer Review)
Aether Gazer has been the casual and fun hack & slash gaccha game I have been looking for and there are a few things I want to highlight about this game compared to it's contemporaries.
Combat Flow
The combat manages to nail a very satisfying balance of offense and defense. Most elite or boss enemies have a bar called "modified bar" above their HP and it's something your absolutely encouraged to take advantage of. When the modified bar is full, you enter into the "modified mode" state where the battle arena changes and the boss is stunned for a few seconds. During this moment you get to whale on the boss while taking full advantage of any team faction buff or team synergy you have. While this is the main argument for why this game is more casual than other gaccha ARPG, it's not gonna be a complete cake walk to be mindful of the Boss attacks and mechanics while positioning, dodging and managing your skill rotations in difficult content.
