Ezetta Prophecy - A Really ENTERTAINING Hero Collector Game

Ezetta Prophecy is a hero collector game that I had the pleasure of trying out recently, and I have to say. I was very pleased with what I experienced. Gameplay wise this game at first feels like a standard hero collector game, Move between zones, kill monsters collect loot and summon better heroes. but there was a couple things with this game that set it apart from what I've been used to in the Hero Collector genre.
TapTap
For one, this game is not turn based, it's actually real time and when you choose your skills you actually slow down time. This is different from the usual turn based hero collector games I've played in the past. The game also has dungeons that you can actually explore and do minor puzzles in them as well as find treasure chests and little bits of lore thrown in as well as the standard combat.
TapTap
And the more you progress in the game, the longer the dungeons seem to get too. Usually in hero collector games the dungeons are just the same as adventure encounters. No exploration, just fight the mobs in waves and get the loot. And the final thing that I noticed that was quite different was the fact that you needed to gain reputation with the villages you find in order to progress in certain areas.
TapTap
You can do daily bounties to gain favor with these villages which will allow you to pass into certain areas so you can continue your questing. You can also get items from the village shops with more reputation as well. The combat in the game is unique in hero collectors, as I already stated. The real time combat is interesting. How it works is you don't wait for each other to take turns, instead you have energy that will refill on its own. This energy will allow you to use your special skills.
TapTap
They all have a cost. So you will have to choose how long you want your energy to build up so you can cast spells. Or to cast more than one spell. When you are thinking about casting spells, time slows down around you as you have the spell menu open. You can also queue up all spells for each hero in your team as long as they have the energy to cast the spells. There is auto combat in the game, but you can choose which heroes are auto and which ones are not.
TapTap
When you turn on auto combat, you must then go into each heroes spell menu and manually choose to have that specific hero go into Auto Mode. So let's say you want everyone in your party except your healer to go into full auto. So you can manually heal the party, you can do that. It's an interesting auto mechanic that gives the player a lot more freedom in how they want their auto combat in their game.

Visually I'd say the game is really nice. While it's not an anime style game, which is what I usually migrate to, the western cell shaded aesthetic that this game is going for is quite nice too. I do enjoy the graphical style of this game quite a lot. Both the heroes and the enemies have nice designs to them. Overall I'd say that Ezetta Prophecy is a unique hero collector game that has enough differences in the game to give me a surprise every time I came across something different. I like the idea that you can try something new in this genre and have it work. Very well done Ezetta Prophecy, I am very impressed. This game is available on Mobile and on PC, with an actual PC client to download and install. I wish more mobile games brought out a PC client and have it working too.  I highly recommend you give Ezetta Prophecy a try, it could be worth your while.

This RPG-styled hero collector is easy on the eyes but hard on the wallet
There's no end to the number of hero collectors out there, with quality ranging anywhere from the pretty darn good to the why did I waste my time playing? Ezetta Prophecy falls right in the middle of this scale. It took me a while to really get into this one, and admittedly, the beginning was slow, but once I got into it, It was pretty fun. The graphics here sell it for me, as Ezetta Prophecy is filled with colorful animations and vivid backgrounds. The variety of enemy types kept me entertained as well. Everything you'd find in your standard collector is here, kill the monsters, get the loot, and collect more heroes. The best part of Ezretta Prophecy was the dungeons. Once you can start exploring these areas, the game picks up, but getting to that point was a massive test of patience.
