First you banned my acct due to allegations that I'm cheating yet I didn't know that there's a cheat, then now you guys disabled my acct. And this 2 incidents cause is the Activation of free 1 day VIP, after I activated it you banned my first Account, then I created a second one, After I activated it again, and you disabled my acct. Please review this not just sending me an automatic reply whereas you do nothing!

i have a complaint that my account has been ban for no reason or maybe someone has hack so I need u guys to take the action plz it could happen to anyone. My hardwork has gone in water my skins n hero's

I'm not sure what caused my account to be banned because I've never broken any of the terms of service such as cheating verbal abuse, selling accounts, using third-party apps to modify game files or services or CP scams. I still have no idea what caused my account to be blocked and i know I'm being falsely accused. Please assist me in regaining acess to my suspended account. This game is one of my favorates
