The Redtails were in grave peril under the invasion of the Greytails. The two factions grappled with each other for power. Morty, as the strategist of the Redtails, had been busy trying to defend their territory with a flurry of plans. There was Operation Pinecone, Operation Midnight, Operation Conker... Suffice it to say, the war was carried out with one failed plan after another. The good news was that Morty always seemed to have one more plan up his sleeve.

“Hold on, ladies and gentlemen! We are but one more plan way from victory!” Either by ignorance or stubbornness, Morty refused to acknowledge that no plan could turn the tide of a losing war.
