Unless you're going to play this on mobile with a control pad don't bother. It's one of those games where you control movement with one hand and the camera with the other. Only you also need to be able to tap buttons so you can't easily do both at once. As it's trying to be a shooter you need to move the camera quite a bit which will just lead to a bad experience when trying to use a touch screen.
The install was extremely bad and took me well over an hour. It's probably the longest out of any mobile game I've ever played.

Yes if you want to play a shooter without actually doing any of the shooting then you can use that.
