Many of the current issues in the game of difficult to deal with. The cheating, state of arena meta, lack of resources (gold, stamina, sweep tickets), equipment stage clear requirements, hero balancing, exhausting daily mission, etc. None of those are dealbreakers because there's hope that it can be addressed eventually. Weeks of near complete silence from the devs with no streams, patches or dev notes however is the nail in the coffin. Can't trust them to be transparent, can't trust them to be a part of the community so the community will find other games.
