Payday 3 Closed Beta Announced for August 2 to August 7 on PC and Xbox Series X/S

Gameplay Open beta features Return of the Classics : Don the iconic clown masks of the original gang – Dallas, Hoxton, Chains, and Wolf – and step into their notorious shoes once again. Heist Mode - "No rest for the wicked" : This bank heist mode is all about strategy. Choose between two thrilling paths: go undercover, silently emptying the bank's vault without a trace, or make a raucous entrance, embracing the full-blown NYC robbery experience.

According to @ALumia_Italia, a reliable leaker who routinely datamines and tracks the Xbox store backend and any updates made to it, Payday 3 is set to launch on September 21. Last month, a brief teaser trailer was released for Payday 3, which confirmed that a full gameplay reveal will be coming sometime this Summer. Whether or not that’s referring to Summer Game Fest, which is set for June 8, remains to be seen.

Payday 3 is the latest entry in the series after 2013’s Payday 2, currently out on open beta, free for anyone to access. In true Payday fashion, you and your crew have multiple ways to take on this mission. You can stealthily weave your way into the bank’s infrastructure and steal the motherlode of cash right from under the bank’s nose. Or you can alert everyone on Planet Earth to your location by forgetting to suppress your pistol. But the charm of Payday is that both avenues are perfectly viable, just as long as you can get away with your booty.
