The chinese version of this game used to be downloadable here on TapTap. But, now it seems it got removed. We can still download it from 4399. Non-china players can play it through the "XY Game Booster VPN" to reduce lag. As for making an account, there are some youtube tutorials but they are in indonesian language. You can DM me in discord for help. I'm absolutely willing to help anyone looking to play this game.
