Action-MMO Wayfinder early access date delayed to Aug 17 for PC

Wayfinder was recently released in paid early access form last August 18, debuting amidst a host of server problems that garnered an initial overwhelmingly negative reaction. More recently, servers have been patched up and the queues have gone from literal hours to just a minute or less. More than a week after its release, I was finally able to personally experience the game and see firsthand what all the fuss is about.

Wayfinder, an Online Action Role Playing Game, takes players on an adventure through a world filled with stylized characters, third person combat, and procedurally generated dungeons. While it draws parallels to games like Dauntless, Fortnite, and Darksiders, it is also promising to also bring its own unique elements to the table. The game features an intriguing blend of MMO lite and RPG elements, promising a mix of action-packed combat and immersive storytelling.

The Day Before early access is almost here, as developer Fntastic shares global release times for the multiplayer open-world shooter. After a Steam page fiasco and delays, the status of the game was left up in the air, but it looks like it’s finally coming out very soon. The global PC launch of The Day Before is currently set for Thursday, December 7. Do keep in mind that the survival game is set to launch in early access though, so what we get on December 7 will not be the final product by any stretch. The Day Before launch times are 10am PST, 1pm EST, 6pm GMT, 7pm EST, and Friday, December 8 at 5am AEDT as well. With The Day Before release date now mere weeks away, it’s currently unclear if, or when, the game will get preload times on platforms like Steam.
