Author likedto be honest it's the players at fault here. with new players coming in and getting dumber and dumber by the year. back then epic was a high rank with players focused on teamwork. made a mistake? is aight we'll bounce back. now make a small mistake and you get absolutely berated. add the fact that people would rather be at each others throats instead of putting aside differences and actually snag a W. With every year comes new dumbasses. back then even new players try and broaden their hero pool. and not just stick with one class. now it's either they're forced to play another class or too fucking stubborn and costing the team a proper lineup. it's honestly infuriating to solo Q now as it feels like you're playing with room temperature IQ people. and whoever was the dumber members loses.

and i did not forget that new talent system. it was pretty good already. easy to understand and adds new perks to fiddle around. but noooo the causal community of dumbasses started whining making moonton create a much dumbed down version. the ui is so uninspired it's depressing. not to mention the new talents added weren't even there now. and just reuses the the existing ones. it's fucking depressing. an actual change but they fumbled it and made a much more uninspired and dull version. they could have just used the new talents and made a proper tutorial to it when it releases. that's all it needs to appeal to the casual community of dumbasses. there's really nothing to improve to matchmaking as the playerbase is already pretty fucking braindead. (making an in depth matchmaking system requires a proper system that actually records each and every game people go in. essential they either train an AI to siff through millions of gameplay to make sure everyone gets matched "evenly" or have an actual human do all of the above. it's so tedious. hell, im not even sure if this game uses SBMM. but from the looks of it doesn't and goes by the players stat. what stat? i don't know. and if you have someone from a low rank or has low stat percentage, you get matched with literal apes. it's so funny it's fucking stupid. so much for the "improved matchmaking system")
