Maybe this will help you... it worked like this for me: PC version...I haven't tested it for Andriod. 1- Download Earth from their website. 2- Install the floor as usual. 3- Install good VPN software (for example, my antivirus software has one, maybe yours too?). 4- Activate the VPN software. I chose Japan as the location (My real location is Europe). My ping is around 90... it works fine. However, it is best in the late afternoon or evening. 5- Start the Earth...at first it will probably be traditional Chinese. But you can change that to English. Text and language. 6- Choose a server. Of course I can't say whether it will work for you. Therefore, there is no guarantee that it will work.
