Fogbound Dream is the second and newest DLC for Snowbreak: Containment Zone, a popular 3D sci-fi third-person shooter game where players navigate the mysterious ‘containment zone’ with a squad of waifu heroes equipped with diverse skills, gun types, and abilities. Fogbound Dream is set to be the game’s biggest update yet with a plethora of new content and events coinciding with TGS 2023 starting this September 21st.

Tokyo Game Show 2023 Participation

To celebrate the DLC's release, Snowbreak will participate in the Tokyo Game Show 2023. Visitors can expect a futuristic booth design, cosplayers portraying key characters, firearm customization activities, trial game experiences, and more.

"Fogbound Dream" Main Storyline

The heart of this DLC is the addition of an entirely new main storyline titled "Fogbound Dream." This 11th chapter promises a gripping narrative as players join operatives on a covert mission to unravel the mysteries within the enigmatic Fifth Research Institute.

In Drowned Sections shrouded in yellow haze, lies the Fifth Research Institute, concealing secrets unknown to the world. Under the guidance of the Adjutant, Heimdall Force will venture into this region to unveil the long-buried past...

Challenging Boss Battles

Prepare for a new round of intense boss battles with the arrival of "Will Anderson," a former commander. Will Anderson brings a range of abilities, including long-range and close-range attacks, teleportation skills, and the power to summon elite minions. Players will need to employ strategic thinking and quick reflexes to overcome these formidable foes.

Meet Haru-Absconditus and her weapon “Lead Rain”

A new 5-star character, "Haru-Absconditus" arrives. She introduces a unique set of skills, such as inflicting kinetic damage on enemies through slashing attacks. Haru-Absconditus can also instantly defeat enemies with HP lower than 50% of her attack power, making her a valuable addition to players' rosters. Along with her arrival is hes exclusive weapon the “Lead Rain”.

Diverse Outfits for Customization and New Dormitory Scenes

Players can look forward to a range of new outfits, adding a fresh layer of customization to their in-game characters. Whether it's "Haru - Frostbite Flora", “Fritia-Nimble Hare”, or "Coronet-Stinging Rose," these outfits allow players to further personalize their operatives' appearances. Not only that but we’ll also get new Dorms for Haru and Yao.

Engaging Limited-Time Events: Open-World gameplay, finally!

The DLC also introduces exciting limited-time events, like “Shrouded City Sweep” challenge levels, as well as the first-ever limited-time open-world gameplay called "Chasing Light and Shadow." Players can explore a contaminated area shrouded in yellow fog, collecting data samples for research and earning valuable rewards. Alongside the new character, this content is what excites me the most!

Multiplayer Cooperative Activities

For those who enjoy teaming up with others, the DLC introduces new cooperative activities. Join forces with fellow adjutants in co-op mode to tackle challenging enemies like Coyotes and Adventists.
