High Ping Issue After S30 Update

Ping is constantly high and its difficult to play like this , Me who usually gets around 20-30 ms is getting 120 ms constant and 250 spikes with These Unexpected Reconnecting errors in mid game and then i get a ban for that? Is it fair ?

I hope they fix it soon and regarding oher things i find this game really good . Its just this once i faced this issue and am a little frustrated from this so yeah
