She has a Crit Chance by default, but Crit Damage is reduced. Excess Crit Chance is converted into Crit Damage. Each time an enemy activates an Energy Skill, Motoko Kusanagi gains a Shield. Motoko Kusanagi's Energy recovery is increased in the collab event. 🔸Talent Effect: While having a Shield, Motoko Kusanagi's Crit Damage increases. 💡[Exclusive Equipment: Motoko Kusanagi's Pistol]💡 1: Combat Cyborg Enhancement: In PVP modes, if there are some Public Security Section 9 Heroes in the lineup, the damage and maximum HP of all Public Security Section 9 allies will be increased. 2: Gun Fu Pirouette Enhancement: When casting the skill, Motoko Kusanagi steals Energy from the target.
