Curently this game is only accessible to a very selective group of players in China. There is no other way of accessing it now. We just have to sit tight and wait for more info about when they will have a broader access/release and then when they will add more heroes and whom they will add.
Some key points to note:-
1.) seems like most heroes have only 3 skills, BUT there is a new talent tree sort of system where in the more you play with the hero, you get to unlock new skills/upgrades. So they can keep adding these skills/upgrades in the future. Not sure if these things can be used to replace the 3 skills or if they will act as an extra skill/spell(3+1).
2.) they have made official games based on anime before so this seems like a legit game
3.) this is currently only available in China, waiting for more info about it.
