TLDR:The gameplay loop in this idle game centers around managing a slime shop and upgrading workers and weapon quality. However, the game's heavy reliance on ads for essential worker upgrades is a significant drawback that hinders the experience. Despite intriguing elements like special weapons, the ad burden makes it a hard pass for me.
Score: 6/10
Did I enjoy it? Yes, the premise is super simple, and as an idle game, there are not an insane number of menus to navigate. This does not last as the gameplay loop for leveling becomes a chore with the number of ads that it requires to proceed.
Would I come back to it? No. Knowing the commitment required to proceed and that I would be spending the majority of the time waiting for ads to finish left a bad taste in my mouth.
Personal Playtime: 2 hours
In an idle game, the gameplay loop's enjoyment is crucial, and this game has its merits. You manage a slime shop that produces weapons for sale, gradually upgrading the workforce and weapon quality to increase earnings. However, a significant issue arises here. After the initial upgrade for each worker, subsequent upgrades require watching ads. Since this is essential for progress and needs to be done multiple times per worker, ads become an overwhelming burden that hinders the game's experience.
While there are intriguing elements like randomly creating special weapons that affect a worker's earnings indefinitely, the core gameplay's heavy reliance on ads is a major drawback, making it a hard pass for me.
