We appreciate your ongoing support and love for "Unhappy Raccoon." Due to business development adjustments, "Unhappy Raccoon" will officially cease operations at 15:00 on November 20, 2023 (UTC+8), and the recharge function will close after 15:00 on October 12, 2023 (UTC+8). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As a token of our gratitude, we have launched a compensation plan for players who have always supported "Unhappy Raccoon." The details are as follows:
- All players with a recharge record for "Unhappy Raccoon" on any XD Platform account (including TapTap account login, Apple account login, and Google account login under the XD account system) are eligible for compensation.
- The compensation includes gift redeem codes for designated games under the XD, with each "Unhappy Raccoon" account limited to receiving one gift code for one game.
- Only XD accounts created before 15:00 on October 12, 2023 (UTC+8), can receive the compensation.
- Gift code can be claimed based on the total recharge amount of the account, with different tiers of gift package codes available:
Tier 1: $0.99 ~ $10
Tier 2: $10.01 ~ $100
Tier 3: $100.01 ~ $250
Tier 4: $250.01 ~ $500
Tier 5: $500 and above
Starting today, eligible players can contact in-game customer service to claim gift package codes for corresponding games. Each ID can choose only one compensation tier, and the gift package codes are valid until 23:59 on May 20, 2024 (UTC+8).
