Here is the article why some device cannot install Genshin Impact for entry-level (budget-friendly) to mid-range device and what are the required to support on many device even low-end devices is very rare that you can try.
Last updated (edited): 07/13/2022
Version: 2.8
*Fixed formatting issue in the article for TapTap 3.0 Release
*Older versions under version 2.0 in TapTap will be deprecated and will not get some new changes in my article, but still co-exist due to new API. Please update TapTap to the latest version with ~3.0 to get updated for more features. So we're abandon the old TapTap 2.0 that is getting outdated soon.
Many users didn't know the specs of the specific device just install the game, but it didn't work, so you wasted your effort many times to install or your money that your device isn't compatible. So what do you need to know how? Let's talk about the system requirements. What are the requirements? Let's read all the contents below.
Contents:
1. Android Version
2. Architecture (Android ABI)
3. Storage & Memory
1. Android Version - The minimum requirements of the game is Android 5.0 Lollipop (API 21) and above, it is still supported but do expect on low-end device make it unplayable depends on the chipset that have low performance based on your graphics settings. But you may experience bugs/crashes on old Android version in some cases, but you need to test it if works for you.
Recommended: Android 9.0 Pie (API 28) and above is fully supported for immersive experience, that has Display Cutout support for display has notch/punch hole or edged screen.
If you don't meet its Android requirements, it will show "Parse error" if your version is below than the requirement.
2. Architecture - Starting in Android 5.0 and above, the game will support for 64-bit AArch64/ARMv8-A CPU with 64-bit ABI "arm64-v8a" as a minimum requirement. Newer instructions based on AArch64, such as ARMv9-A is also supported as well as a feature extension on a 64-bit family of AArch64 or ARM64, since it was launched on flagship smartphones in late Q4 2021.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you don't meet the requirements of the Architecture and ABI for the game installation, then it will show an error after install in few seconds "App not installed" that your device failed to require arm64-v8a. Please check your CPU architecture, on the system info section.
In 2019 Google is requiring 64-bit apps to prepare for Android devices that only support 64-bit code. Google today outlined a more detailed timeline for 64-bit transistion through to August 1, 2021, including the extensions for the game that use Unity. - zdnet.com
This is the most important requirement thing to know what is your device arcitecture when it comes on installing APKs with variation, so you need to research of what architecture of your device by looking the system info to choose one of the APKs have the required architecture.
There are 4 ABI variants to choose varies with your device are: arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86, and x86-64
To check your system info, install AIDA64 or Device Info HW on Google Play and find the ABI on your CPU/SoC to check if there is arm64-v8a or not.
Here is the example which the game support it.

Please pay attention if you saw “64-bit ARMv8-A (32-bit Mode)” and indicate as “32-bit Mode” that means your device's kernel only runs at 32-bit mode, so the device have missing features does not run 64-bit apps. It was mostly found in budget-friendly phones since 2019 that still exists. (But in rare cases if you have lucky that your budget phone can install 64-bit while others not maybe there is a chance like mine have that)
-------
For the GI, Here is the proof that there is a list of native libraries that contains binaries including Unity3D (Game engine) to run the game. It shows that the game ships only arm64-v8a, so no 32-bit device cannot install the game without armeabi-v7a.
TapTap
There are some ABIs like Intel or AMD based "x86" or "x86-64" architecture, which is rarely found on Android Emulator as a Subsystem for Windows 11 or Chrome OS. So please use the PC version for the game, and do not use Android Emulator which is worse when it comes with compatibility.
To know more, go to:
3. Storage and Memory - Recommended Internal storage is 64 GB+ (32GB ROM capacity will be deprecated for the next few years due to lack of free space, but still available as well you manage your storage space), and the Minimum RAM is 3 GB (4 GB+ RAM recommended). Also, the speed of the embedded flash storage may achive 60 MB/s (from benchmarking) and the Memory type is DDR3/LPDDR3 and newer if specified or not. 6 GB+ of RAM is still great too that can run longer without restarting the game.
After installed and downloaded all game data, you need to check your free space, and reserve the free space about ~8GB or more to avoid failure on install update when the game recieves an update maintenance as scheduled by the mHY devs. So be prepare for that.
And If you have a problem on installing/update the game that shows immediately (as 0 seconds) "App not installed", it seems your phone is running low on storage space. Be sure to check your space, that I mentioned above before proceeding.
------------
And that is it, and I hope it helps a lot for travellers try to install the game (.apk) other than Google Play from external source like TapTap that the game officially sponsored. Q1: is there a way to install 64 Bit rom or 64 Bit Kernel on Redmi 9a? - I think it's way more complicated to install/flask 64-bit firmware for your device. But if the manufacturer provides it's source code for your device that someone maintains it, then it's possible to build 64-bit firmware for your device. It is way hard to make yourself that could possibly brick your device. Q2: is there a 32 bit version of Genshin Impact available ? - No unfortunately. Only ships with 64-bit architecture by the game developers, so nobody install the game for 32-bit devices that requires 64-bit (arm64-v8a).

It seems that your exact device is “realme C11 2021” model (not realme C11), so you have no luck on installing GI which is not compatible on your device without 64-bit. But yeah, Honkai Impact 3 is supported on your device that ships both 32-bit and 64-bit ABIs. Clarification about your comment “Realme C11” is different model as “Realme C11 2021” which is likely confusing. These are the device name with chipset should look if your device name are: - Realme C11 (a 2020 model, with Helio G35) is 64-bit compatible with GI. - Realme C11 2021 (with Unisoc SC9863A) is NOT 64-bit compatible for GI. To believe that if you want to know all about your device, then you want to install AIDA64 or Device Info HW on Google Play to see the full specs and model, and find the label of the ABIs such as “armeabi-v7a” (32-bit) and “arm64-v8a” (64-bit). If you see that label “64-bit ARMv8-A (32-bit Mode)” but indicates as 32-bit Mode, then it is considered 32-bit system. Be sure you read it carefully. And it should labeled “arm64-v8a” on a 64-bit ABI to match the same requirements for installing Genshin. But unfortunately, Genshin Impact does not ship 32-bit ABI (armeabi-v7a), so you should consider have another device with 64-bit supported, or buy a better one. That's all about it. Thank you for letting know and hopefully you understand.
