main quest bugged cant proceed to the next quest because of this :'(

Quest CH 8 BUG, dont play quest

How to fix this quest?

1 stars coz cant even download other resources completely. I cant even reach to westmarch. Been trying to download but to no avail, i thought i have problem with the connection but its alright. Please do fix your resources asap so we can continue playing smoothly with the quest
