Theres no graphical settings its so laggy and Motion blur hurts my eyes

I know my eyesight is not very good but the graphics made me want to change to higher prescription. 😅 The graphic settings is still locked. So I did not play again after my first game. Use Australia VPN if you guys want to try it. It's a bit hard to get in. So far so good I like it. Feels like I'm playing in PlayStation. I'll be waiting for the global release.

I like the game but when I play it on max graphics it looks low end and I can't play on lower settings or everything is a blur plz fix
