Games worth discovering
Cute old school platformer, not for everyone.

What you see is what you get, this is an old school platformer with cute retro graphics, you can get assistance from summons, it's not any deeper than that, I rated it great because I'm into this, so know I am slightly biased.
Old school means NES platformers, so apologies Zoomers, there's no tutorial in here, you're left alone in the battlefield like my dad left for milk 20 years ago.
This is on Early Access so of course it's not very big just yet, if the developer plans on extending it as stated in the FAQ and I quote:
“The full version of Li'l Red is planned to feature much more content compared to the early access version. This will include levels, bosses, as well as extra modes.”
Then at that point it'll be amazing for the niche it's targeting.
Buy only if you're into this, or if you're curious enough, I mean, it's extremely accessible, unlike my dad.
It's like super mario I played when I was a kid
- They both are platformer games; you'll need to avoid the obstacles and obtain keys to progress
- The protagonists wear a red hat and a blue shirt
Playing this brings some memories. Plus, it costs less than a super mario game. So I guess it's not bad...

I like the art, but it's super similar to a couple other games that recently released but with a few extra mechanics. And like the similar games this is also time gated using level requirements so you're forced to be able to only play casually. The "Shiney" monster mechanic is cool, but the drop rates are abysmal-same with the higher tier rares. You might like that super rare but it will only be viable when fighting level 100 enemies because you'll be super lucky to get another so you can upgrade it

Experience a thrilling adventure as you challenge every stage
If you like platform games like Super Mario, you can check out this game and enjoy a fun adventure. It offers good stages wherein they are not too hard and also not too easy. I also like its mechanics, where you can double jump and climb or stick to the wall or platform to avoid falling down. Also, good game control is a must in a platform game and in this game you can expect very smooth control.
