Hi. It isn’t exactly a nerf. Dey trimmed down his ammo but cranked up the power. Previously, it wasn't as potent and took more time to dish out damage. Being a Vanguard, Jabali's focus is on his shield rather than being a hardcore DPS. I get why the developers revamped his whole gameplay kit.
