The story combined with the mobile experience! The immersion and graphics, yes, yes, YES! To all of it!
I had never gotten a chance to try the original game, so this review is built from an initial experience of BoG2:O being my first and only with the series but I was not left without a huge happy grin on my face!
The game offers expansive story, so much so they've got all the main checkpoints looked after including English voice acting, and there are even some parts in another language I was happy to hear, the combination of language within the game helped to create a foreign feeling, like we were lost in these lands we traveled, thus creating a more authentic experience so I hope they retain this language combination (with their included subtitles it's no issue).
I was never left confused, which happens all too often with other games, tutorial wasn't overwhelming, they actually created a tutorial worth following as some of the systems can be a little complicated but are quickly explained and thoroughly as we play so we are only tutorial handing when it actually matters/we need to learn a new mechanic.
This game hit all my personal desires in a game except for portrait play! Always these games get us so immersed in landscape, I really think a portrait ability would be extremely desired for players as most of us are quite busy, which is why we play mobile in the first place. So perhaps a way to flip between views would be a great way to improve in the future.
WHY ITS GREAT!
THIS GAME IS GORGEOUS!
The artistic design, the soundtracks, even the voices of the actors had me in all types of feels. This game combines grotesque, tormented souls, hack and slash combat, immersive story plot, tons of skill customization especially (we're talking God of War meets Devil May Cry with a Silent Hill energy and I'm completely here for that).
There is a lot to do in the main segments of the story, I would love a way to exit story for the moments I don't have enough time to complete entire levels at a time. Perhaps a continue option when we return to play the game, a saved state etc. would be beneficial. Having to restart the levels is tedious I found. Otherwise, the story 'quests' are essentially typical to most hack and slash environments. Lots of enemies both pre-spawned and activated.
My favorite thing to do was just run around exploring, and collecting honestly so I look forward to maybe some more in game collecting, or additional environments to traverse. Landscapes, though extremely beautiful in display, I felt they were lacking on the ground levels of things. Flat terrain everywhere so it would be nice if we were just climbing some hills or swimming through water maybe, anything other than flatland which is what most levels were comprised of. There is a TON of potential to combine the corruption the characters face, within the landscapes themselves. Which isn't to say that it wasn't fine as it was also, just a little flat and lacking corruption.
My only complaint, HEAT!

THIS GAME IS HOT, I achieved a core phone temperature of 55 degrees at one point which actually terrified me. My phone had begun burning my leg it was so hot, my phone has a built in fan and I live in Canada so this was quite surprising, however perfect for sessions in the cold πππ, please try to optimize heat in your final game. I was playing with max settings, however most lower setting made low or no change to this issue.
IN SUMMERY, do not miss out on this title!
The F2P aspect was there and comfortable, as well the P2W was affordable!
In game world chat, along with friend systems. I hadn't got to try much of the co-op due to a busy schedule, however look forward to playing all additional areas of the game in the future. A short CBT, however has left me completely satisfied and craving for MORE!

I love the graphics of this game. The world exploration is loads of fun and the map is WAY bigger than I thought. Personally, I didn't find the story very capturing, and there's a lot going on with the UI, so I easily forget where certain things are in the menus. The combat is similar to the strategy of Team Fight Tactics, but a bit more involved, which makes the combat system more fun!

It's just fantastic
Really great game with stunning visuals. Love everything except... Language :( Need at least english version. Even with onscreen translator i had problems with some quests. So i left this game, but still waiting for global release

An awesome game the art, the story and the narration its satisfying
The visuals, colors and drawings are awesome. I loved the game, especially the story, men the narration of the story is good you will not disappoint when you play this game.
Try it! You will not get bored and disappointed by it.
