The gameplay of Dark and Darker Mobile was first unveiled at G-Star 2023. We're honor enough to experience it! Glimpse into the World of Dark and Darker Mobile:
Dark and Darker Mobile is a first-person, medieval fantasy extraction game where players fight monsters and each other to collect treasure and make it out alive. It features PvPvE combat, roguelike elements, and a combination of extraction and battle royale gameplay.
- Condensed Version: The mobile iteration will feature a more streamlined experience with five classes - fighter, barbarian, ranger, rogue, and cleric, as opposed to eight in the PC version.
- Smooth Mobile Adaptation: Notably, the transition to mobile has been executed with finesse. Players will find the controls exceptionally smooth, ensuring an immersive and seamless gameplay experience throughout battles and general navigation. This smooth adaptation signifies a significant achievement in mobile gaming, offering a fluid and responsive experience that rivals its PC counterpart.
- PVPVE Mechanic: the game introduces a unique feature called the Darkswarm. This magnetic field gradually forces players and other threats closer together in dungeon environments, enhancing the survival and looting experience.
The initial showcase of Dark and Darker Mobile at G-Star 2023 hints at a promising new chapter in mobile gaming, blending smooth controls with the depth and intensity of its PC origin. Jared said, "This game gonna be the biggest mobile game next year." The gaming community eagerly anticipates what seems to be a landmark release in the mobile gaming landscape.

Dark and Darker Mobile: New Beta Test Anticipated in June, Global Release Expected in Q4 2024
Krafton, the Publisher of Dark & Darker Mobile, conducted the first beta test in South Korea of the game for 5 days last April, and more than 50,000 participants were recruited for the test.
Now we know that the game to be launched in all global regions within the year after CBT in June and OBT in the third quarter.

Dark and Darker offers an unforgiving first-person fantasy dungeon adventure where players must band together, master combat and magic, and navigate treacherous darkness to plunder ancient riches and escape with their lives.

Partnership with Krafton
Krafton, the makers of PUBG Mobile, has teamed up with Ironmace to create a mobile version of Dark and Darker. This class-based fantasy dungeon crawler features first-person PvP combat. Players compete for treasures and escape portals, battling monsters, traps, and other adventurers.
Krafton's Interest in Dark and Darker
According to a press release from Krafton, the company sees Dark and Darker's blend of battle royale and dungeon exploration as a suitable addition to their catalog. Rafael Lim, Krafton's senior head of publishing, expressed eagerness to bring the game to mobile fans. Both Krafton and Ironmace are based in South Korea.

KRAFTON has shed some light on its plans for the year with a mobile version of Dark and Darker, the studio's popular multiplayer dungeon RPG. It's also working toward an imminent launch for the life sim inZOI, as well as other works-in-progress such as Project Black Budget and the next instalment in the Subnautica series. According to KRAFTON CEO CH Kim, "This year marks the beginning of the launch of our new lineup, starting with Dark and Darker Mobile, and it will be the first year to see tangible results from our 'Scale-up the Creative' strategy. With the aim of evolving the process into a virtuous cycle, all members should dedicate their full efforts into game development." In case you're not familiar with the title, Dark and Darker Mobile lets you team up with your buddies as you brave unforgiving dungeons across a fantasy PvPvE adventure. The hardcore FPS game offers plenty of mythical treasures to get your hands on, but you'll need to be strong enough to take down horrific monstrosities lurking around every corner, not to mention outwit other treasure hunters for the same loot. Be careful, though - you'll need to be as ruthless as these competitors are if you want to make it out unscathed.

yeah same, hopefully they have it too when you choose to play in first person OR Third person, it then puts you in matches with first person POV players and Vice versa

Same, I use to watch people play thing on PC. Happy all of these games are making their way to mobile so I can test them on my Logictech G Cloud when it comes in the mail next week.

I like 3rd person much more than 1st person. So 'nobody' doesn't apply here 😉.
