👍 Pros: Popular game in China and Brazil. There are different languages to choose from. Customer Support staffs are friendly. When the game detects a new update version to be downloaded, you can choose from either you play the game without updating or update the game now. 👎 Cons: Not well-known to other countries.  Bugs can be found. Reporting system is weak. Logging-in to another device (2nd log-in device) using your account in your one device (1st log-in device) is prohibited. Long matchmaking. Before entering a ranked match, normal match or mini gorge, you'll need to choose between 2 lanes (Mid Lane, Clash Lane, Jungling, Roaming, Gold Lane).

👍 Pros: The game is very strategic and emphasizes on teamwork and balanced formation. Equipments, heroes and overall system of the game are all so impressive. 👎 Cons: Matchmaking is horrible, gacha is broken! And most of all bug issues particularly with network/wifi is infuriating and annoying. 🕹️ Controls: Control is smooth, graphics are top notch and character designs are pretty decent. 💰 Value for Money: Most people like me spend alot in game just to get shitty skins in the end, like how hard it is? To give the skins of the heroes that we use? That is so unfair and sneaky! Screw the gacha system!
