New Hero  and skill build

I think some heroes skills need some changes to have a balanced gameplay and better game experience. For example redaxe chief, I think the developer need to chage his ultimate like whenever he kills enemy heroes with his blade of rage its cooldown will reset. That'll make him not rely on his first skill mini damage 😅. PS Other heroes need some skill changes, buffs, and nerfs too.
