"Krafton and NetEase Reach Settlement in PUBG Mobile Copyright Dispute"

Krafton and NetEase have appeared in court for an ongoing lawsuit in which Krafton claims that two of NetEase's battle royale games, Knives Out and Rules of Survival, infringe on their PUBG copyright. Although the case was originally settled in 2019, Krafton claimed that NetEase violated the terms of the settlement in 2023. In response, NetEase admitted to the violation but claimed that it was unintentional and had already been voluntarily rectified. The ongoing legal action centers around a specific term in the agreement and whether it was applied in the correct context.

Looks like Krafton, the creators of the PUBG franchise including PUBGM & New State, are suing Garena Freefire for basically copying their game! Netease always makes some really good projects for them only to be abandoned after the trailer or to make an beta on Chinese and then to never update it again. Nobody wants another town building game or PUBG ripoff. Code T ,eternal frontier,fading city and more projects just get abandoned out of nothing. Happily this didn't happen for project bloodstrike.The last games i enjoyed were: Lost light which had an really good atmosphere and music and everything.I love it absolutely.But i can't even play a second because either it's pay to win or i get wall banged everytime i spawn.
