A high octane competitive FPS with FULL map destruction | Gameplay - THE FINALS

THE FINALS is finally now out, which is the most promising, refreshing, upcoming shooter that I’ve played all year. A solid refreshing team-based FPS competitive experience, offering a unique blend of realism and arcade shooting elements. The game puts you on a team of 3, battling other teams of 3 across diverse game modes and map variants.

Perhaps my favorite part of the game is the trhe destruction system, allowing players to use the environment strategically. Walls, floors, and pillars can be destroyed, offering a level of depth rarely seen in modern shooters.

The physics-based destruction requires players to target critical points, adding a satisfying layer of strategy to the gameplay. Nothing is exempted in this destruction, even Objective elements such as Vaults or Cash-Out Stations will fall out the floor and get tossed around along with the destruction. Seriously, just watch the video's destructible environment segment.

If you’re looking to play a new competitive FPS game to end the year with a bang, then undoubtedly you should play THE FINALS. Easily a 9/10 game for me.

THE FINALS' open beta now open! one step closer to release | First Impressions - THE FINALS

THE FINALS is currently in an open beta test on Steam that started last October 26 and will run up to November 5, available for PC (Steam), Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. It's basically an FPS game with class-based abilities where teams of three players battle it out with other teams on the map and go for objectives such as collecting cash or defending vaults to win the game.
