You can buy the game from play store but it will depend on where do you live. Where I live there is only the definitive edition of gta 3 for now but if you don't have all of them in your country like me you can use a vpn to buy them from the USA store but they cost 19.99$ so I would recommend you to wait until they get released for free in some website.
