Avatar: Reckoning will no longer be operated by Level Infinite, with publishing and operations now being assumed by the game’s developer, Archosaur Games. To ensure a smooth transition and to show our appreciation for your support, Level Infinite will open a refund window for all purchases made during Closed Beta Test (CBT) 4.
Refunds will be offered from December 15, 2023, to February 12, 2024. To apply for a refund, please visit Google Play and follow the process as indicated below. If you encounter any issues during the process, please submit your payment record feedback on our Discord server: https://discord.gg/XpYygVTasq
Refund Process:
1. Select your profile button on Google Play to access the profile center.
2. Select "Payments & subscriptions."
3. Select "Purchase history."
4. On the order you would like to refund, select "Report a problem."
5. Select any available option in the drop-down and submit.
Google Play will process the refund application within 1–4 business days.
