- Enough storage space on your device.
This is a large game. The app downloads first, and then assets will download the first time it's launched. Please be sure that you're connected to WiFi for the download and have at least 5 GB of space available.

Game did not fully download
This might happen if there isn't enough space on your device.
- Android phones and tablets: Free up some space (at least 5gb) in your device and the download will continue automatically.
- iPhones and iPads: Free up some space in your device (at least 5gb), relaunch the app, and the download should start at the same point that it was interrupted.
