I found out how to play u just have to keep trying on to update it and then it should let u make an account after that just put in the Gmail u used to make ur account with if you already have on and if you don't just make on real quick I hope that helped you :)
when ur downloading it you have to be in a different tab so the whole time you have to keep switching tabs to the download if that makes sense
