Amazing game but need better servers

Would be a fun game if u could play it offline but for some reason u cant

server totally sucks, on many speedtest website or apl my ping only 20-25ms, on cmd never request time out or jumping but when play this game always 'thereis no response from server game', like  really?? ARE ALL UR ONLINE GAMES SUCKS LIKE THIS? IVE TRIED DUEL LINKS AND PES BOTH SERVER TOTALLY CANNOT BE AN ONLINE GAME.
