The same thing happened to me. It asked for an update, but when I uninstalled it, I couldn't reinstall it until I changed my Google Play Store location to Australia. That's the easiest way to do it. You just need to change your Google Play payment service to Australia, and then you'll be able to download the game.

I was playing and an update came up. But i wasn't able to update as there was no update button visible on this app. So i thought by removing and installing would fix the issue. But when i removed the game i am unable to download it anymore. I am a big fan of the game and been playing non stop.

Guys I found a way where the update problem was fix and you can update on playstore or app store, 1st clear data and cache both playstore or appstore, 2nd don't open the app first, 3rd Connect to Australia VPN, 4th Now you can open playstore or app store and update the app. I can show you proof

After 4 hours of downloading Now it is showing that I have to update it's newer version from Google Play. Bit unfortunately this game isn't on Google Play.

If you are not in the US or Australia, you will need a VPN. You will need to set the VPN to either an Australian or US location in order to play the game.
