This game is honestly a big mess, I have no idea how and why this game got approved and  released into Playstore. It is clearly rushed which is backed up by it's unoptimised gameplay that is clearly not suited for mobile.
I played the original GTA3 on this same phone before and I will list out the main issues I faced with GTA 3 definitive edition.
Keep in mine that this game costs you about 20 Dollars
First up, the controls, all the buttons are too damn small, it is literally hard to not fat finger or miss the buttons entirely. The options menu is missing the feature to enlarge or even customise your own button's position, which is something mobile games have for the past half a decade.
For some reason, the accelerate vehicle button has a huge delay. Literally one of the most important button in a game about stealing cars, broken, your vehicle stalls for awhile before accelerating when holding the tiny button. Every other buttons works fine, which makes no literal sense. It get extremely annoying as you spend 90% of the game driving, and the worst part, there's nothing we can do about it
Secondary, the fps, it is horrendous, like actual garbage. It is obvious that they made zero efforts to further optimise the game to be able to run smoothly on mobile phones. I know my phone isn't the best in the market, but no way in hell is there a reason this won't run at solid 60fps if PUBG and COD that uses an older game engine can, furthermore, both games looks amazing compared to whatever the hell we got for this version of GTA3.
The game stutters constantly, FPS dips to a low time on 20fps when ever my car accelerates to a high speed. The moment something explodes, enjoy looking at a frozen frame for a solid half a second.
When cruising around liberty city, pedestrians will pop out of existence and magically spawn back in a different NPC, it is hard to ignore it as it happens frequently. And regularly you will notice all buildings looking like mashed potatoes, resulted by the slow rendering which will not be a problem if Grove street games or whatever new studios Take Two entrusted to, spend some time tweaking the game for it to be able to run on mobile devices
There is zero settings for you to customise your graphics except resolution scaling so you are basically having your gameplay experience locked behind your phone's hardware power.
Now I know this is a remaster, not a remake so I'm supposed to not see much of a difference from the original gameplay wise, but I'm pretty sure the above game breaking problems are not present in the older versions.
Of course, there are also some major improvements to the game, with the most controversial being the upgraded graphics or whatever the hell Grove street games called.
Honestly the graphics is garbage, it's bad, the texture are all so smooth with zero details, maybe except Claude's new model, but it is as if the game artists just gave up halfway and let their infant child take over for them. But on the other hand, the shading is perfect, the new lighting technique used carried the visual, the car lights never looked crispier than ever, the directional light projected by nature blends in extremely well, though the shadows can have some improvements.
The modernised gameplay also goes well, the weapon wheel and new GPS HUD from GTA V are amazing, and the gps finally works, it draws a line to your destination now like in modern Rockstar Games.
The driving and combat mechanics stood the same as the OG, so not much to talk about anymore.
In my personal opinion, not a worthy purchase, one can wait till Rockstar patches the game which is unlikely due to them milking GTA online and panicking about GTA VI. I'd rather wait for this to be cracked on th mobile phone or just download the cracked version on PC.

I have played GTA San Andreas for about a couple of weeks. I have found it fun for a little bit but then it has become quite boring. Sadly you have to have a Netflix account to even use this game. One day I was playing and closed the game for a little while. When I opened the game again it said to download this 6gb update. After I did this all my data was gone. I had to restart the whole game. After this I just quit the game. I do not recommend this for people under 18. When I play the game it runs pretty smooth on my iPhone 15 pro. You will probably need a newer phone to play this game otherwise it can be very laggy. I played this game on my brother’s iPhone 11 and it just crashed after a few minutes. The graphics and controls are decent. Everything seems the same as GTA San Andreas on a pc. The storyline of this game  was pretty cool. I recommend this game for people who really wanna play GTA. If you have low storage compacity on your phone then I would recommend GTA 3 or Vice City. Thank you for reading this review.

MI completely like the game, it's great, anyone has a good phone, ultra graphics are normal for a mobile style GTA I will say that there are bugs in the game while it is still in Betta test, I hope everything will be corrected in the future and we will play for fun...🔥💛

Best GTA online clone I played on mobile but there are a lot of short comings - voice acting is kinda bad as is ai generated - textures are very low resolution in some areas making the game looking very ugly in compared  with some other parts of the game - under 3gb size they can relax and improve - story is too fast moving and voice acting gets cut in some  parts making the game look like a cheap Chinese game
