This latest PV features actual gameplay footage and focuses on faithfully recreating scenes from the anime: Not only does it recreate the first battle between Genos and Saitama, but it also includes their joining the Hero Association and various sequences of monster invasions. The main content still centers around the first season of the anime, which is what fans are most familiar with, retaining the original flavor of the series.
It is worth noting that there is a scene in the PV that shows multiple heroes fighting against monsters together. Combined with the content experienced in the previous tests, this actually hints at the game supporting multiplayer online cooperative battles. Personally, I think this improvement is an excellent gameplay enhancement.
