Nobody wants to talk about it but let's go over what you already know. I've been playing this since launch and it's definitely been through dramatic changes.

There is a process to getting through the level walls that you run into and that is finding the active guild on the server (if there even is one)
Players spend over $50,000 a year on this game in U.S. dollars but IF you're patient with it , eventually the whales leave the game and you'll take first.
Another thing people don't share is that you need to save the diamonds/gems until December where you can get the goods. Trust me, it's worth it.
Most events are a joke and they don't offer anything worthy of playing for. Skins look good but talk to the community first if the girl is even worth it. Most of the SSR you get will be trash.
If you do spend, ask the community guilds and top players for their advice OR just buy the gem supply and keep waiting for December.

I've been playing this on and off since this morning and here's what I think.
The story although in Japanese seems really good
The girls are very nicely designed and there's alot to differentiate them.
the music is pretty good especially the opening screen.
the battle system is one where the girls will auto attack the enemy and you can tap to trigger the various skills. There's also combo attacks for specials where various characters link up for good damage and that Animeee we all love.

A game made for me!!
Note my review is for the CN version which has been running for about a year now.
Characters are good. I won't say that they are particularly outstanding, but they have good art and are well-developed to be above most gacha games. Also, before you ask - yes, there are husbandos in Girls' Frontline.
Now that's a husbando.
Media is amazing. The UI/UX is a bit generic, but it is clean and minimalist, and a huge improvement from Girls' Frontline. The Character Art is great; the Live2D Skins are really high quality.
