Greetings, Party Stars! We are carrying out a Scheduled Maintenance for Flash Party on Monday, January 29th, from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM (UTC+8), during which the service will be temporarily unavailable. Here are the details of the update:

[Kendo Girl Limited Time Discount, Palette Coloration Now Available!]

Sophia's classic SR skin: Kendo Girl, has introduced a new color palette option—unlock it using a dye!

The skin palette is a newly introduced feature that allows for unlocking additional color options for skins that have a coloration scheme using the dye item. Dye can be obtained from the store and through the Party Pass. Unlocking legendary skin colors requires 9 dyes, EPIC colors need 6, and RARE colors 3.

The following limited-time skin events will make a temporary return!

The Party Sweets Skin Set, including Tarara - Party Sweets, S-17 - Exclusive Maid, and Cookie & Can - Kitty Chef, will be back from January 29 to February 16.

Sandy’s legendary skin - Extreme Flame draw will be back from February 10 to February 29.

The Midsummer Party Skin Set, including Kamiki Yuri - Summer Soda and Tarara - Summer Combat will be back from February 10 to February 29.

Macalon's legendary skin - Roaring Dragon draw will be back from February 17 to March 8.

The Star Detective Team skin roulette, including Mr.5 - Gentleman Detective, Mikko - Fashion Inspector, and Sandy - Sanlock, will return from February 17 to March 8.

[Choose Your Own Skin Pack]

S-17's brand new skin - Mech Chef will be available in the store on February 3rd and will be featured in the Choose Your Own Skin Pack for a limited time until March 1st at the cost of 0.99 USD.

[Content Adjustments]

The skin list's sorting has been optimized, with rarity now also taken into account.

In the match waiting screen, the condition for the character card’s full skin shimmer display has been adjusted: Sivi’s skin stats will exclude Sivi - EA Exclusive.

The Hero - Cookie & Can will have the new hero tag removed, and the hero coin purchase price adjusted to 80 hero coins.

N-Series Attack: An attack performed without inputting any direction

Forward throw/backward throw: Forward or backward grabs and throws

Invincibility: Can be attacked but will not suffer damage or negative effects

Hit stun: Uncontrollable, unable to perform other actions

Objective:

To enhance the usability of moves and reduce the occurrence of unintended collision and jostling issues.

Adjustments:

Neutral B: When using B-reverse (pressing B then immediately pushing the control stick in the opposite direction), it now has a directional acceleration effect.

Colorful Sticker [Hi-Ion Flame]: When each charging stage is complete, a new visual cue effect is added.

Aerial Neutral Attack: Reduced the character collision detection size during aerial neutral attacks to lessen unintended collision and jostling issues.

[Heracles]

Bug Fixes:

Colorful Stickers [Thunderclap] & [Comet Blast]: Fixed an issue where carrying both Thunderclap and Comet Blast, and hitting with both Neutral B and its explosion effect, sometimes resulted in only one thunder attack descending.

[Mr. 5]

Objective:

To balance some moves that were overly powerful.

Adjustments:

Down Aerial: Slightly increased the landing recovery and extended the window for triggering the landing recovery.

Colorful Sticker [Gear Master]: Carrying the Gear Master sticker now prevents additional hit stun when using down aerials.

Grab: Slightly reduced the grab detection range.

Bug Fixes:

Aerial Neutral Attack: Extended the ending recovery when cancelling into an aerial neutral attack with a jump, to be consistent with the regular aerial neutral attack.

After landing recovery from all aerial attacks has finished, the timing to perform skills has been adjusted to be consistent with moving and attacking.

[Thanatos]

Objective:

To enhance the usability of certain stickers and improve the performance of some moves.

Adjustments:

Aerial Neutral Attack: Reduced the landing recovery from aerial attacks.

Down B: Shortened the ending recoveryfor the Down B move.

Colorful Sticker [Claymore Judgement]: Carrying the sticker now allows users to activate a normal Side B with a tap and an enhanced Side B with a longer range when holding the skill button. The start-up time for the enhanced Side B remains consistent with the original.

Bug Fixes:

Colorful Stickers [Claymore Judgement] & [Divine Piercing]: Fixed an issue where sometimes carrying both [Claymore Judgement] and [Divine Piercing] resulted in the aerial Side B not hitting the target correctly.

Up B: Fixed a problem that allowed passing through soft platforms by pulling the control stick downwards during the landing recovery of Up B.

[Lan]

Objective:

Enhance the utility of certain Stickers

Adjustment:

Colorful Sticker [Flowing Tornado]: Now, when carrying this Sticker and holding the skill key, you can maintain the tornado's existence. You can also move the tornado up or down by pulling the left stick.

[Foxx]

Bug Fix:

Fixed an issue where certain Aerial Attacks could not correctly benefit from the Normal Sticker's enhancements.

[ICEY]

Objective:

Balance some overpowered moves

Adjustments:

Dash Attack: Slightly reduced the attack's hitbox duration, slightly lowered damage and Shield Pushback distance, and added a bit more hit stun duration; will still continue to slide forward after the damage hitbox ends.

Neutral Aerial: Decreased both the maximum horizontal speed and acceleration during a Neutral Aerial.

Forward Aerial: Decreased both the maximum horizontal speed and acceleration during a Forward Aerial; reduced damage for both the first and second hits.

Down Aerial: Reduced damage and knock-out power.

[Other Adjustments]

Optimized hit effects for the S-17 "Cosmic Cop" and "Alter Verse Unit 2" Skins.Fixed the issue where the 0.99USD Select Skin Gift Pack couldn't be purchased, and it is now back on sale.

Fixed the issue with the incorrect name in the S-17 - Deep Sea Weapon skin lottery event.
