Optimize War flag special effects and increase the difference between War flag special effects of different qualities.

〓Fragment display optimization〓

Add a button to display military commander fragments above the filter button on the military commander page.
After activation, the general fragments will be displayed to facilitate the operation of general star promotion.
A quick jump button for star promotion of generals has been added to the Fate Generals page to make it easier to upgrade the stars of Fate Generals.

Reorder each gameplay entrance and move the Elite and Demon's Coming entrances to the main interface.

Fire chain：clear everyone's [Ignite] on the battlefield and attack all enemies, reset all [Flame] and deal 5% of Lu Xun magic attack [True Damage] to enemies within the cross range of [Flame]

Bluff：attack one enemy at random, if the target does not have [Ignite], summon [Flame] at the enemy's feet, and randomly release this skill again against another enemy until there are no eligible enemies

Show weakness：at the beginning of the action, release 1 [Flame] in a random open space and increase the magic attack damage of this round based on the number of [Flame]

Modest：when dealing damage to the enemy, if the enemy had [Flame] under the feet, absorb a certain amount of damage and convert it into [Mana Shield], and reduce the enemy's SP by 20 points with 50 probability

Bloodthirsty：each time attach [Provoke] to the enemy gain 1 point of [Savage] (up to 5 points); at the beginning of the action, if there are 5 points [Savage], clear all [Savage] to restore HP and clear his own debuffs

Catalysis：when received physical attack, if the attacker had [Lock], reduce received damage and attach [Provoke] to the enemy
