Great game, shame about the hackers and cheaters. Reports seem to go nowhere.

Its useless ..game i have been playing since the release ....of this game some graphic improvement is there but no improvement against ...match making .....and ur report system is just wow ...only works against report for AFK other  is just there for decoration...nothing is useful🤦

This game was good at beginning. However it become worse due to exist of many hackers. Moreover, it can't be make a report to particular player who act as a free rider as survivors. To sum up, overall experience was moderate. Hopefully, the game experience would be improve if the GM modified it as previous where we can make reporting and the customer service more approachable.
