I feel not good with it,because every time i want to exchange vanguard to diamond it doesn't work.! Recharge shop is not working at all!!!

I the advanced server is great but I can't recharge my vanguard coins to gems or buy the first recharge

I was wondering why can't i purchase diamond's using vanguard coins? But main thing is that i can finally play the game on an advanced server, the gameplay is very good, and my experience is lightly the same with on the official server
