No sound? Uninstalled and reinstalled and still no sound. Checked that sound was on in-game settings as well as device but nothing.

when i had no sound, i waited for the update to finish downloading (after opening game and logging in, in the top left it showed a percentage of what was left to download) and reopened the game and the sound began to work. This usually happened to me every time there was a mini update in the game so i would just download it and reopen to get my sound back.
