I’m on a mission to master all Vanguard hero’s, and my current mission is to get Fade fully understood. I’ve noticed some problem areas that I know that I can definitely improve on.
This gameplay footage is me just trying to be more transparent about my starting point and give myself some new eyes to tell me where I can and should improve.
THINGS IVE NOTICED THAT I CAN IMPROVE:
-Charge cancellation
Sometimes I will ride the charge out when it doesn’t make sense for the play and I end up over extending and putting myself in a bad situation.
-FOV awareness
Sometimes I leave some enemies behind because I’m B lining towards someone.
-Follow up shot
I just turned auto fire off for Fade, and sometimes I still forget that, and will wait a little too long to strike the killing blow on stunned enemies.
AREAS THAT I NOTICE I DO WELL.
Charge prediction
If I see you, I can pretty much guess where you’re going and land a solid charge.
Using shield to cover ass
If things are getting messy I drop shield to put two lines of defense between me and the enemy as I leave to find a health pack.
-Shield utilization for others
I’ve made it common practice to hand off my shield to teammates to extend their range in a safe manner.
What do you mean? Fade healed 24k it appears, and Neon did 120k healing.

Author likedThis had to have been a very weird and passive game. The damage output for everyone is super low! Since it was a control game, damage output isn’t a massive factor. I would love to see the gameplay for this match. It had to have been weird. Bot was probably pocketing the victor on point. But the damage output is the game is just so low on the losing teams side, what exactly were they doing?
