We’ve just announced Alpha Tester selections! Those selected can get ready to put the new Battlegrounds experience through its paces from June 11 at 6 PM PT through June 13 at 9 PM PT. A Fair Battlegrounds:

Warning! Please note that if your device is using a VPN, has Developer Options enabled, or you are using an emulator, access to the Alpha will be restricted. Additionally, we take fair play and anti-cheat very seriously. Any attempts to alter the game files or use unauthorized programs (e.g., cheats, hacks, etc.) will force the game client to close.

Troubleshooting:

Please see below for common fixes in case you are having issues accessing PUBG: NEW STATE:

- Insufficient Memory: Exit the game, free up some memory on your device, and restart the game.

- Device Requirements: Make sure your device is compatible with the game's minimum system requirements.

- Installation Error: The good ol’ turn it off and on...except with a twist! Try deleting and reinstalling the game.

- Google Play: If your device does not have Google Play, you must download it before installing the client.
