From the Designers     For the upcoming December season, we've made changes to some equipment to create an "Attack Effect" set for heroes that rely on Attack Speed. We've also adjusted some Magic equipment to help mages in the meta. In addition, we made balance adjustments and optimizations to a large number of heroes, as well as some Battle Spells to make them work with more hero abilities. I. Combat
