Games good, however is very grindy and is unbalanced between different classes and royal bloods. But that is not a huge problem, the huge issue is that its been almost a year since no big updates at all. Chinese server now is about 4 big updates ahead and we never get any announcements regarding that. There is only routine event updates and maintenance. It feels like the global server is almost abandoned, there used to be a developer in discord server who would actively talk with players and resolve bugs, who disappeared years ago. Also, from my personal experience, the publisher Lucky Bus is lazy. Not only is translation and wording inconsistent, the updates are barely thought of too. For example, we used to be around 2 month behind Chinese server(which I guess is somewhat reasonable and consistent):

Update 1 Chinese server makes update, introduces bugs

Update 2 Chinese server fixes bugs

Then few weeks later we get the same update, with the same bugs, literally copy pasted the entire update over even tho you bug fixes are available few weeks earlier.

Since this is only happening to the global server, I would assume it is responsibility of Lucky Bus the publisher. I really want to support devs, however with the situation like this I really can’t be sure if the game will ever be updated. Maybe global server it will just be abandoned, which is horrible because I really love this game. Lucky Bus really need to get it together and do something… or change publisher to another.

I hope the publisher listens and listens to the game these days, why are the players dropping a lot of reasons: The first one: continuous updates make many machines unbearable, but each update has to wait for a long time, discouraging players. Second: notice that there are no good events nearby for players to kick to make money, ask the publisher to release more events and should not suck the player's blood too much

The game is half ready, better than its rival for sure. BBut after waiting for that long at least give us an European server instead of BR tuse more people not less. Your rival is already launched in different regions you should be racing not following his footsteps, im not saying the game is ready but the game will attract people due to the optimization issues in your rival's game so people will play it, yes a bug is bad and ruins the game experience but having reviews from Asian or European means you are having the approval of the market share with all respect ofc but A country like Sweden or England will be willing to spend more money than a latin american country and an Asian guy is willing to try and risk and to do in game purchase even before the game releasing so I hope you guys work harder on releasing it in Asia even with problema they will help you there and they will be risking cuz mobile gaming there is 10x than any other country

The worst dev ever, they don't even care about what's going on in theirgame? This game is gonna dead soon (global). Only garena servers are active with many players and numerous event but the Tencent server is suck 😡
