The match making is not balanced but overall its 5 Star

3 stars cuz of matching making. Getting matched with players on the other side of the world that you can't understand gets frustrating real quick. Fix the whole "local matchmaking" & you'll get 5stars

I give it 4 star because if i play rating match there are players with every character at 14 stars it is pay to win
