Although it seems very p2w, I couldn't test any of the purchased products due to location(Wont let me purchase).  So as a free player getting as far as I can, and also checking stats of paid items.. the game is ok, but we're definitely missing some hugely op items/companions.

it's a pretty good game. Heavily P2W but If u know how to earn gold bars and sell them for feds u can also be a p2w being a f2p But only bad about the game is lag issue,bugs that devs never gonna fix and new one add on new update If thers a new major update the will be tons and tone of lag for several week until u get used to it But i say for new players its gonna be hard at start but once u hit lvl 70 u will understand everything and whats to do and what is going on

Great game.lots of things to do and easy to play.yes its a bit P2w but you can progress without paying.but it will be slow.lots of game modes and lots of cool heroes.i would recommend you to try once.
