why does it have to be downloaded before starting the game? there are many games that have multiple resources that require download after starting the game as well as one by one, according to the player's needs. my complaint is, why did they set this option to download all resources at the beginning of the game? why is it not user friendly in this context?

Buddy, this is a cross-play OPEN WORLD f2p game, also available in consoles and PC, which has bigger file-sizes. If your phone storage can't handle such game, it's not the developer's problem.
