Tarkov's $250 Offline Co-op: Worth the Investment?
The release of Escape From Tarkov's Unheard Edition has stirred up trouble for the developer, sparking chaos among the community due to its new PvE mode and pricing.
Looks like if you're eyeing offline co-op in Escape from Tarkov, it might come with a hefty price tag. Battlestate Games recently unveiled The Unheard Edition, boasting exclusive perks like an offline PvE mode, but it'll set you back $250.
Fans are expressing their dissatisfaction on social media platforms like Reddit and Discord.
Escape from Tarkov's competitor--- Arena Breakout
Following the fan response to the latest Escape From Tarkov edition, Arena Breakout: Infinite X account extended a warm welcome to departing players, promising to boost closed beta test slots by 10,000 if their trailer garnered over 5,000 retweets.
Arena Breakout is a Next-Gen Immersive Tactical FPS, and a first-of-its-kind extraction looter shooter that pushes the limits of war simulation, and the game is also coming to PC soon.
Amidst this uproar, the developer accuses the up-and-coming rival game Arena Breakout of blatant plagiarism. As Escape From Tarkov faces backlash, Arena Breakout: Infinite steps into the spotlight, offering a realistic shooter experience.
The announcement triggers even more frustration among players, especially regarding the PvE mode exclusivity for Unheard Edition owners.
Battlestate Games' response only adds fuel to the fire, intensifying fan disappointment. With protests flooding the official Discord and prominent streamers expressing discontent, the future remains uncertain for the game and its developer.

Do you believe the game could be considered plagiarism? Or are you willing to pay for the $250 Offline Co-op mode?
There are many games in a single genre and of course many will be similiar. Just because this genre doesn't have many games doesn't mean it's plagiarized. Arena Breakout was for a while on mobile now and just because it's suddenly on PC and becomes a "competitor" they call it plagiarism. How many battle royale games are there for example? Many. And imagine paying 250 for an extra mode. They just don't want the competition. And Arena Breakout is GOOD, otherwise they wouldn't "have" to attack it like that.

Yep, same genre it doesn't meant plagiarism.

Seeing these devs trying to capitalize over others success just because they released a 150 price and now a 250 price, maybe they should work on their products instead of pointing fingers.

yes but tarkov went straight down the drain and they can't press charges anyway so I don't mind
